JOB DETAILS:

INTEGRATED POLYTECHNIC REGIONAL COLLEGE - KIGALI .

Job Responsibilities
• Receive purchase orders for payments in local model
• Process payment in smart IFMIS through local mode (indirect payment)
• Receive and cheek conformity and accuracy of payments & Receivables
• Ensure all recovery done effectively
• Ensure all receivables are done efficiently&effectively
• Cheek regular payments made by IPRC Kigali
• Strengthen and maintain network with IPRC Kigali clients
• Write the cash book and general ledger using an appropriate software to produce income and expenditures reports and other financial statements
• Prepare complete, accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with mandatory deadlines
• Participate in internal and external audit exercises and assist them in their respective functions
• Ensure regular filling of accounting documents
• Prepare bank accounts reconciliation statements
• Avoid errors in financial statement
• Consolidate the accounting information and fill in the reporting format provided by MINECOFIN
• Identifying IPRC service providers whose VAT and withholding taxes are to be declared and paid
• Ensure balancing efficiently and effectively of production reports& general financial report
• Preform any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
• The staff will be recruited on contract basis

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management with specialization in Finance/Accounting
• Accounting Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC (ACCA, CPA)
• Knowledge of cost analysis techniques
• Knowledge to analyze complexes financial information & products reports
• Deep understanding of financial accounts
• Planning and organization skills

• Strong IT skills in particular in financial software (SMART IFMIS)
