DEVELOPMENT AGENTS (LOAN OFFICERS)
• Number: 12
• Reporting hierarchy: Head of agency .

Job Responsibilities
• Prospecting and commercial follow-up;
• Take charge of the micro credit process;
• Process credit requests;
• Monitor repayment and security of funds;
• Participate in the collection of unpaid debts;
• Participate in the loyalty process;
• Support and educate customers;
• Market savings products and other microfinance products.

Job Skills: Not Specified

Qualifications:
• Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in an MFI or in a Bank (Business relation Manager).
