TITLE OF TENDER: Maintenance of GAH LTD vehicles                                     

TENDER METHOD : National Competitive Bidding

GABIRO AGRIBUSINESS HUB LTD hereby invites specialized bidders to submit their bids for maintenance of its vehicles. 

The competition is equally open to all eligible companies. The Tender comprises one indivisible lot.

The tender document may be obtained from the GAH LTD Head-office. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of Ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account No. 100084141687 of GABIRO HUB REVENUE ACCOUNT opened in Bank of Kigali (BK).

A bid security of FRW Two hundred thousand (200,000) Rwandan francs is required.

Bid documents must be written in English. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the day of opening.

Bids will be submitted in sealed envelopes to the reception desk of GAH Ltd Office located at KG17 AV, Gisimenti, Remera, in the building known as HALLMARK CENTRE, in ground floor, no later than June 30^th, 2023 at 10:00 am. Electronic bidding shall not be allowed. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at GAH Ltd Office, on 30^th June, 2023 at 11:00am.
