TITLE: Design and build the soundproofing for the World Vision Rwanda Big Tent

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2021-2025 seek to reach 2 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International-Rwanda is inviting all competent and reputable companies in the field of building construction/soundproofing to submit their bids to World Vision International-Rwanda e-procurement for the aforementioned tender. Participation to the competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders:

• All interested bidders must provide their details through this link “TENT SOUNDPROOFING”.The deadline to express interest is on 05th September 2025 at 10:00 Am.
• After the submission of the expression of interest; before site visit, World Vision team will send an email to all bidders to access WVIR e-procurement system (Coupa), where they will have the tender document for bidding instructions.
• Bids must therefore be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than the dates that will be indicated in the same system. 
• Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can request for support to this email: wvrwanda_sc@wvi.org
