Request for quotations “RFQ 2024/03/LOG/OP/005 Construction and partitioning  at Urwego bank NYABUGOGO  branch

Urwego Bank PLC (herein referred to as the bank) hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for construction and partitioning of nine offices  and Kitchen at Urwego Bank: Head Office.

Please note also the following:

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2024/03/LOG/OP/005 for construction and partitioning at Urwego Bank NYABUGOGO branch, and submitted to the bank’s reception at its head office located at, Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remora Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100,  Website: urwegobank.com;
• Prospective bidders should prepare their quotations based on attached bills of quantity. Prospective bidders may make field visit any time between 20^th up to and 22^nd March 2024 from 2:30 pm up to 4:30 pm
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selecting the best quotation after.
• the Bank Tender Committee Members will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include following documents: VAT registration Certificate, Tax clearance, and a valid Trading license/incorporation certificate (Registre de Commerce)
• Note 1: The bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender as per RDB registration certificate with experience of 5 years at least.
• Note 2 : On attachment you will see the BOQ and scope of work to be done  (please consider this)
• Note 3: The best bidder will be required to work day and night with minimum supervision and within 15 days.
• The selected company will be ready to start works immediately after receiving the tender notification and the bank will not pay advance until the work is on

Deadline for submission is on Thursday 28^th March, 2024 at 11:00 PM.
