TITLE: WASAC BRANCHES NETWORK CABLING (FRAME WORK CONTRACT)

WASAC Utility hereby invites National sealed bids from eligible bidders for WASAC branches network cabling. The Participation is open to all companies specialised in the field.

The tender document in English may be obtained from 10/10/2024 in the Purchase and Supply Chain Office at WASAC Utility Head Office, Centenary House, P.O.BOX.2331 Kigali, Rwanda, Tel: +250788401152; E-mail: procurement@wasac.rw , website: www.wasac.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10.000 Rwf). This payment should be done on the WASAC bank account N° 100009564367 opened at the Bank of Kigali (BK), P.O. Box. 175, Kigali, Rwanda, SWIFT Code: BKIGRWRW, E-mail: bk@bk.rw.

The bidders interested to compete can get additional information at the WASAC Utility Head Office through the above mentioned addresses.

The bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in Three (3) copies, one of which is original, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee from a bank or any other recognized financial institution of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Four Rwandan Francs (1,525,424 Frw). The bids must reach in a sealed envelope at the Procurement Services Management office at WASAC Utility Head Office on or before 31/10/2024 at 09:30 am local time. Online submission is not allowed. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.

The opening of bids will take place on the same date of submission of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at WASAC Utility Head Office, Purchase and Supply Chain Office, in public session at 10:00 am local time.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with WASAC procurement procedures manual.
