TENDER TITLE: Construction of Warehouse Expansion and Sandponic Greenhouse in Mutura Village, Kanyundo Cell, Mudende Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province.

CLIENT: Hand In Hand for Sustainable Agriculture (HIHSA) Ltd

HIHSA Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible national companies or enterprises specializing in construction, with a valid trading license, for the expansion of a warehouse and the establishment of a Sandponic greenhouse in Mutura Village, Kanyundo Cell, Mudende Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province. Participation is open under equal conditions to all qualified bidders.

Tender Document Acquisition

The tender document can be obtained by sending a request to hihforsustainableagriculture@gmail.com one day after submitting proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited into Account No. 20090136001 in the name of HAND IN HAND FOR SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE (HIHSA) LTD at I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc. The tender document will be available starting from March 12, 2025, and proof of payment must be submitted via email no later than one day after the deposit.

Site Visit

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the project site in Mutura Village, Kanyundo Cell, Mudende Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province.

Bid Submission and Opening

• Submission Deadline: Well-prepared bids, written in English, properly bound, and submitted in two copies (one original and one copy), must be delivered in sealed envelopes to HIHSA Ltd Head Office in Mutura Village, Kanyundo Cell, Mudende Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province by Tuesday, March 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• Bid Opening: The bids will be opened in a public session on the same day at 2:45 PM in the HIHSA Ltd conference room. Late submissions will be rejected.
