Job Description
• To scrutinize the text of all laws voted in the three official languages, as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• To reconcile linguistic discrepancies of the three official languages in any piece legislations, as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• Making any corrections to existing translation of piece legislations, as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• To verify the consistency of the consolidated legislative text in the three official languages, as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• Produce draft new translation of any laws that are not currently available in all three official languages, as may be assigned by the supervisor;
• Updating archaic terminology;

Job Profile
• To have Master’s Degree in any of least of the following fields:
• Translation;
• Linguistics;
• Literature;
• French;
• English
• Laws;
• Proven Professional experience of not less than three (5) years in translation or interpretation (Kinyarwanda-French; Kinyarwanda- English); English – French)
• Computer Skills;
• Team working Skills;
• To be available for the whole duration of the contract at the working place as may indicate the contractor and to respect the working hours schedule which shall be similar to the one applicable in the Rwandan public sector

Job Education Requirements: Master’s Degree
Job Experience Requirements: 5 years
