Its mission is to promote quality financial services to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in order to contribute to the improvement of their socio-economic living conditions and to remain a sustainable and self-sufficient institution. 

INKUNGA   FINANCE   PLC” (hereinafter   called   Client), invite   national   tenders   for transformation and renovation three shops rooms in purposes to have a place that meet all requirements for the microfinance activities.

The rooms are located at Kamembe town, in Kamembe sector, Rusizi District.

A compulsory site visit is scheduled on Thursday 08/06/2023 and will be conducted by an Agent of INKUNGA FINANCE PLC. The time for departure is fixed at 11h AM local time   at the KAMEMBE SECTOR Office located at Kamembe town, RUSIZI District, Western Province.

Bids must be submitted to INKUNGA FINANCE Plc’s Head Office located at Kibirizi cell, Rubengera Sector, Karongi District, no later than Tuesday, 13^th June 2023 at 11h00 am local time, late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above indicated, at 11h00 am the same day of submission.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of two hundred thousand Rwandan Francs

200,000 Rwf.
