Description:
The company is looking for self-driven applicants to fill the position of Tour Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Prepares quotations for local and international customers for the complete product range of Kibo Slopes East Africa.
• Assists in developing products and relevant sales material for local and international sales.
• Maintains data bank for prices for Rwandan hotels, services, and flight.
• Prepares and amends reservations on our in-house reservation system.
• Communicates with customers and keeps them informed about their programs.
• Reserves hotels and local flights in East Africa ensures payment is done in time.
• Ensures that all customer files are complete with all relevant information.
• Assists in ensuring that the company websites are always up to date.
• Assists in developing marketing strategies to promote the company and boost company sales.
• Contribute to writing dispatching email marketing campaigns and promote social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the capacity as a tour consultant.
• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Communications/Marketing/or Tourism related field
• Good writing skills and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
• Excellent team work skills; Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Knowledge of the Galileo flight reservations is an added advantage.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of French and / or German is an added advantage.
