AUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT

Concern Worldwide Rwanda announces that it intends to sell one Toyota Land Cruiser Hardtop, through a tender. The vehicle can be found at the Concern Worldwide office located in Huye District, Ngoma Sector, Butare Cell, Kabutare Village, near Kabutare Hospital.

Note: N.B:

For those wishing to visit and who are willing to bid it is expected to start from 21/6/2021 to 07/7/2021 during business hours from 3am to 4pm.
Those wishing to compete for the car, are required to have visited it, carefully and explained the route through it.

The bidder is required to make a prepayment to the Concern Worldwide Rwanda Account 00040-00027129-02 at the Bank of Kigali, Rwf 500,000 is refunded in the event that the bidder fails, and the winner finishes the payment.

Submission Procedure

The bidders will write a letter containing their prices, which will be issued in addition to the bordereaux stating that they have paid the above-mentioned bond at the Concern Huye office in sealed envelopes no later than 07/7/2021 at 9pm. The letters will be released in public the next day on 08/7/2021 at 3 p.m.

30% of the winner's price The car will be paid immediately by the winner and his or her pre-paid caution will not be refunded when the winner returns.

The winner of the Vehicle will be required to pay the remaining amount by 15/7/2021 and will not be penalized if his or her Vehicle wins.

The purchase is non-refundable and there is no legal debt and no warranty. Concern has the value of the equipment, which means that when a given price does not reach the value, we have the right to liquidate the market.

The losers will be refunded their bail by check on the day following the bidding no later than 8 p.m.

The winner of the following car: Toyota Land Cruiser Hard Top with RAB 964 I plug is the buyer who will pay for the transfer of rights to the owner of the car
The Toyota L / C Hardtop with RAB 964 I license will not be paid at customs but the winner will take it to the Gate Pass which will be issued by Concern Worldwide - Rwanda and will be issued with a certificate of return upon completion of the mutation. 7/2021, after which date he who has not driven his vehicle will pay Rs 5,000 on the day of its safety.
