Terms of Reference (ToR) for Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Project Overview: Tearfund Kigali office invites quotations for the construction of a Perigaula (pergola), vehicle shelter, and shed (Storage) facilities on its premises. The project aims to enhance infrastructure to support operational needs and improve facilities for staff and visitors.

Scope of Work:

Perigaula (Pergola):

• Design and construction of a pergola structure.
• Size and design suitable for outdoor gatherings and recreational activities.
• Utilization of durable and weather-resistant materials.

Vehicle Shelter:

• Construction of a shelter to accommodate vehicles.
• Capacity for at least three standard-size vehicles.
• Roofing providing adequate protection from sun and rain.

Shed Type of Storage

• Design and construction of Shed (Storage)
• Size and Design Suitable

Delivery Requirements:

• Project completion timeline: Maximum 2 weeks after signing Contract
• Quotations to include detailed breakdowns of costs (materials, labor, etc.).
• Warranty information and maintenance schedules to be provided by contractors.

• Tearfund Kigali office reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation received without giving any reason for such decision.
