TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR METALLURGICAL SCOPING STUDY ON THE UPGRADING OF LITHIUM MICA IN METASEDIMENTS PIRAN RWANDA LTD NTUNGA DEPOSIT FOR PIRAN RWANDA LTD, RWANDA

1. INTRODUCTION

Piran Rwanda Limited hereinafter referred to as Piran Rwanda, Piran, or the Client, is a Rwanda-registered Mining company under registration number Reg. N°. 102477271. Piran Rwanda holds a 25-year mining license in Rwamagana District, Eastern Province, Rwanda.

The license grants Piran rights to explore and exploit Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Lithium at the Musha-Ntunga deposit over a 3900ha surface area. Since 2014, Piran undertook exploration campaigns to define the resource potential of the deposit while also carrying out mining activities in underground mining operations and limited surface operations.

In 2018, Piran carried out exploration drilling at Musha and Ntunga comprising air core, sonic, reverse circulation, and diamond drilling resulting in a better understanding of the mineral deposit.

2. BACKGROUND

Piran Rwanda Ltd wishes to carry out metallurgical scoping study on the upgrading of lithium mica in metasediments as part of its follow-up study on the Musha-Ntunga deposit. Drillcore samples will be tested through a series of processing circuits to determine the processing requirements and recoverability of the lithium mica and lithium. The company requires the service provider with the following capabilities and experience.

• Proven capability and record of completing metallurgical test work on lithium mica mineralization, specifically on unconventional (e.g. metasediments) mineralization.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

Test work requirements

The test work requires the following:

1. Sample preparation processes and procedures suitable for the metallurgical test work.
2. Head analysis and assay by size. Key elements required are Li, Si, Al and Fe.
3.  Mineralogy analysis: provide modal mineral abundances and liberation characteristics of key value phases.
4. Crushability, abrasion and grind ability tests.
5. Processing tests and flowsheet, and a full detail on the processes, procedures and QA/QC followed to achieve and deliver the desired outcomes.
6. Provide a detailed study report on time and not exceeding 8 weeks.

Other requirements

1. Provide equipment type and specifications of the equipment/tools used.
2. Specify payment conditions including advance payment, if required, invoicing dates and related terms and conditions.
3. Annex the service providers experience and recent completed similar work.

4. ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS

All interested parties should submit the bids in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company and a brief business profile.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by authorized institution
• VAT Registration where applicable
• Valid tax clearance certificate issued by tax authority
• Scope and value of previous Metallurgical scoping study undertaken

5. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

6. DEADLINE

All applicants must submit their proposals before June, 28^th 2023 at 16:30 Rwandan Time (CET).

7. CONTRACT

Standard contract terms and conditions of Piran Rwanda Ltd will be applied at contract signing level.
