TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR CONDUCTING AN ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL VALUE ADDITION BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN AGRICULTURAL VALUE CHAIN

Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella of Rwandan Civil Society Organizations aiming at the advancement of women’s status, peace, and development. PFTH was established in October 1992 and currently represents 51 member organizations within the country. The mission of Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe is to eradicate all forms of discrimination towards women, to promote their socio-economic political, and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacities of its member organizations through the promotion of sustainable human development approach based on gender equality and a culture of peace, justice and human rights.

In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, TradeMark Africa (TMA), formerly Trade Mark East Africa and Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) are implementing the Value-added Initiative to Boost Employment (VIBE).

Therefore, PFTH invites qualified consulting firms to submit their proposals on “an assessment of potential value addition business opportunities in agricultural value chain »

Tender Documents are obtained on any working day from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time at PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE Central Secretariat Office, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs(10,000Frw) to the  account No: 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank.

Well printed bids, properly bound in separate envelopes should be addressed to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to PRO-FEMMES TWESE/ HAMWE’S secretariat offices not later than 13^th May 2024 at 10:00 am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date.
