Executive summary

Learn Work Develop (LWD) is a Non- Governmental Organization legally operating in Rwanda granted legal personality 153/RGB/NGO/LP/10/2017, whose mission is Promoting effective work and sustainable employment among the youths and women, fighting against all forms of barriers to effective work like ignorance, early marriage, teenage pregnancies, climate change, HIV/AIDS and other diseases.

Background

In partnership with Plan International Rwanda (PIR), LWD is implementing Bike for Future Project (B4F) that aims to advocate for girls & young women’s rights in Rwanda. It is with this regard that LWD in partnership with PIR through B4F project, LWD seeks to contract a qualified supplier to provide startup toolkits for graduates in different trades. These toolkits will support graduates in the following areas: Tailoring Trade, Welding Trade, Electricity Trade

The interested company (ies), can obtain the terms of reference containing detailed requirements and conditions for biding to this tender, From the LWD email: info@lwdrwanda.org or head office based in Centre Saint Paul Kigali from 28^th May 2024 in the working Hours (9h00AM to 5H00 PM) upon presentation of the bank slip of Frw 10,000 for ToR document deposited in BK in the names of LWD on Account No 100009700646.

Bidders are requested to submit their bids to the LWD head office address: Centre Saint Paul Kigali, KN 32 St, Nyarugenge, Kigali City, Rwanda, their documents in two original hard copies well sealed not later than 7^th June 2024 at 2:00 PM with the subject reference: Supplying Startup toolkits 001/LWD-B4F/2024 and it is this time that the tender will be opened publically.
