TITLE OF TENDER: THE SUPPLY OF CONDOMS AND LUBRICANTS

Health Development Initiative (HDI) is an independent, non-profit organization based in Kigali and registered with the Rwandan government. HDI strives to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare for all Rwandans.

Health Development Initiative (HDI) invites applications from interested and eligible bidders for tender to supply of the condoms and lubricants.

The Tendering process for this Framework Agreement ensures that all Tenders are treated equally and fairly and to provide for compliance with HDI procurement policy’s requirements. HDI provides equal opportunities to all people regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, class, background, or any other status.

The products to be delivered must fulfil the following required technical specifications:

NB: before use, the products May be tested for quality control by an independent laboratory. In case of none conformity, the products will be returned to the supplier.

DURATION AND TIMELINE:

The successful bidder will be informed as soon as possible.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

The applicants should submit a folder containing the following:

• Proof of RFDA certificates
• RSSB clearance certificates
• RRA clearance Certificates
• Business location
• Samples
• RDB certificates
• Specify the delivery period
• Manufactures authorisation
• proof of supply of medical items from a reputable institution
