Object: Tender for sale of used furniture 

This invitation to bid is issued by Nas Aviation, for the sale of used furniture as per list attached in Annexure A.

The intending applicant may inspect the articles on 12^th/12/2023 between 10:00am and 04:00pm at our store located in Remera, opposite Grand Legacy Hotel Main entrance, plot No. 109. 

The intending bidders/tenderers are required to submit their offer price against all items in sealed cover on 15^th/12/2023 between 10:00am to 03:00pm at NAS store’s premises.

The bid envelope must contain a letter specifying the amount of your bid. In addition, please include a certified cheque from a financial institution recognized in Rwanda, equivalent to 5% of the amount of your bid and identification documents as a physical or moral person.

The successful bidder’s cheque will be cashed immediately, and the remaining balance must be paid within three calendar days. Should payment not be made within this period, the sale will be cancelled and the certified cheque will not be returned. In this case, the owner reserves the right to negotiate with other bidders. 

The certified cheques of unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them immediately.

NAS Rwanda reserves the right to cancel the tender of disposal or withdraw any lot or any part thereof from the auction sale without assigning any reason thereof.

NAS Rwanda will not be responsible for loss, damage or deterioration of the articles due to any cause, whatsoever, when in its possession.

In case of any dispute the decision of NAS Rwanda will be final and binding.
