TENDER NOTICE

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested bidders to participate in a tender to identify the suppliers which can deliver the following item 

1. Minerals Water and Coffee room materials.

Interested bidders can obtain the terms and conditions of this tender at the Head Office of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 30,000) payable on the account No. 00047920000 opened in the names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.

Closed envelopes containing detailed information and related prices shall be submitted at the reception desk of the Head Office located in CHIC Building , 2nd floor not later than September 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

The public opening of bids will take place on September 12, 2024, at 03:00 PM in the Bank’s meeting room in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
