TENDER NOTICE

TENDER - AEE/PROC.LOG.ADMIN/11/2024

African Evangelist Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda invites qualified firms and bidders to submit proposals for the installation and construction of two (2) chili dryers to support farmers in Gasabo District and Nyagatare/Ngoma Districts. The objective is to provide drying facilities for local chili produce.

Detailed specifications are available in the tender document, which can be obtained upon presenting a payment slip for a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF, deposited into AEE-Rwanda's Bank of Kigali account number 100000653181. Once the proof of payment is shared via email or WhatsApp (+250781417685), a soft copy of the tender document will be provided.

Site visits will be conducted on:

• 11^st November 2024 in Gasabo District
• 12^th and 13^th November 2024 in Nyagatare/Ngoma District.

Bids, which must include two copies (an original hard copy and a soft copy in Word format via email), should be submitted to the AEE-Rwanda Head Office in Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) no later than 18th November 2024, 10:00 AM local time. Late submissions will be rejected.

A public bid opening session will take place at the AEE-Rwanda Head Office on the same day at 10:15 AM.

Bids must include the following:

• Cover letter
• Financial proposal
• Technical proposal
• Administrative certificates (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance)
• Proof of EBM usage
• Performance letters/letters of successful completion of similar projects from three recognized companies/organizations.
