FES RWANDA CALL FOR TENDERS – PROVISION FOR SECURITY SERVICES

Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung RWANDA (FES; http://www.fes-rwanda.org), a German NGO based in Kigali (Registration Number: Reg. No 003/RGB/17). ( www.fes-rwanda.org ) is looking for security services to ensure the safety and security of its premises located at Nyarutarama KG 13 Av house 14.

Scope of services:

• Main entrance surveillance
• Patrolling
• Alarm systems response & monitoring
• Access control
• Reporting incidents

Shifts:

• 1 day guard (From Monday to Friday)
• 1 night guard (from Monday to Friday)
• 1 day guard (Saturday and Sunday)
• 1 night guard (Saturday and Sunday)

Required documents:

• Profile company or general information of the company;
• Letter of interest addressed to the FES country representative;
• RDB registration certificate
• 2 completion certificates of good service for similar tender.
