Tender Notice For Consultancy For Technical Financial Expert
Pro- Femmes /Twese Hamwe (PF/TH) in partnership with Initiatives for Peace and Human Rights (iPeace), with the financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is implementing the project on “Empowering Women in Informal Cross-Border Trade (EWICBT)” in The Great Lakes Region, between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In this regard, Pro- Femmes /Twese Hamwe is looking of a consultant for Technical Financial Expert service to enhance and contribute to the protection of project resources by providing risk-based and objective assessment, advice, and insight on the project implementation.

Tender Documents may be obtained to Pro-Femmes/ Tweses Hamwe secretariat during working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Frw) to the account No: 1002190104949201of PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCES Bank.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is original should be addressed to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to PRO-FEMMES TWESE/ HAMWE’S secretariat offices located in Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district- Kigali city not later than 21 March 2022 at 10:h00 am (local time).
