The Management of SONARWA LIFE ASSURANCE LTD wishes to inform the public that the sale of the NOBILIS HOTEL is open, to any bidder local or international.
The NOBILIS HOTEL is strategically located on Plot Number 711 and 712, in Ganza Village, Kiyovu Cell Nyarugenge – Kigali. The building stands on 0.524 hectare area, touching on main roads from both the front and back KN 16 Avenue and KN 46 Street. It is a 7 floors building with: power house, a paved Parking lot for 200 cars, and a drivers ‘office block; as well as a changing block and 3 gate houses
The 4 star Hotel is constructed of permanent materials; and is finished to good specifications and equipped with: a health club with sauna, steam bath, gym etc.,61 fully furnished and equipped rooms (30 standard double rooms, 4 standard twin rooms, 22 executive rooms and 5 junior suites), Banqueting and conferencing facilities, a residential house and a swimming pool.

Prospective Interested bidders are requested to submit a financial offer together with the below listed documents:
• Provide a Refundable Deposit of two hundred million (Rwf 200,000,000) to our bank account 00040-00201677-47 registered in Bank of Kigali Account
• Provide a recommendation of the financiers willing to finance the purchase of the hotel, indicating the contact person and the details of his address
• The successful bidder be willing to provide a refundable cash deposit of a hundred million (Rwf 100,000,000) within 2 days before the commencement of negotiations with the seller.
• Submit your offers secured by a password, directly through email to lifeprocurement@sonarwa.co.rw  not later than 15 /09/2020, at 2pm Kigali time (12:00 GMT). Late offers shall not be considered. The password should be sent separately to alixie.sebeza@sonarwa.co.rw 
Only offers that shall be conforming to the aforementioned terms and conditions shall be evaluated and only those that pass the evaluation stage but conform to (c) shall be invited for negotiations.
