Tender Invitation for Branding Headquarter and Remera Branch
Goshen Finance PLC is a Microfinance institution that provides financial services such as credits and savings to low and medium-income households in Rwanda.
It was established on 29th September 2005 by 205 members from the Adventist Church. On the 6th April 2006, it was allowed to function provisionally by MINICOM and definitely by the Central Bank of Rwanda (BNR) on 2nd July 2007 after getting a license to do Savings and Lending activities.
It mostly serves small and medium business owners, women, and youth cooperatives through business, personal, agriculture, mortgage, car, and social loans.
Goshen is a name of a Region in the Country of Egypt where the Israelites lived after they fled from their home Country Canaan due to famine.
These were Jacob the Father of Joseph, Jacob’s other sons, daughters and grandchildren, and everything they owned. (Genesis 45:10 and Exodus 9:26)
While in Egypt God took good care of them and He gave them everything they needed in life. So it’s in that context that when a client comes to Goshen Finance PLC, she/he gets everything of his choice.

Goshen Finance Plc invites bidders who are eligible, Competent, qualified and experienced Firm for Branding its Headquarters and Remera Branch which works in the same building.
The bidding document which is in English may be obtained from the Administrative Assistant Office at Goshen Finance Plc Head Office which is at Remera, Gisimenti, Yyussa Plaza building during working hours from 8am to 6pm and you are kindly requested to come along with the bank slip of 10,000rwf non-refundable fees paid at Ecobank on Account no 6775011789 of Goshen Finance at Ecobank. While picking the tender from 17th October 2022 to 28th October 2022 at exactly 4pm
Submission of Proforma tender envelopes will be on the same day of opening them and that will be done on 31st October 2022.
