ASSIGNMENT TITLE: TENDER DOCUMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF CURTAINS BLINDS TO BRD HEAD OFFICE

The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for supply of office furniture (Lot 1) and supply of curtains blinds (Lot 2) to BRD head office.

In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all qualified suppliers to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals for the above-mentioned services, according to the terms of reference detailed in the Request for Proposal.

The Tender document in English may be obtained from procurement office from 07^th May 2025 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4414310784 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in 3 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and 2 hard copies marked "Copy" of the bids. These should be submitted in the BRD procurement office, not later than 20^th May 2025, at 10:00am local time. Soft copies well protected with password should be submitted on the following email procurement@brd.rw, brd@brd.rw.

A mandatory site visit is planned on 13^th May 2025 or 14^th May 2025 at 10:00am

The bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the BRD meeting room. Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:

Do not open except in public session on 20^th May 2025.
