JOB DETAILS:
With head offices located in Kigali, HISP Ltd; a profit-making company that specializes in DHIS2-based systems, EMR systems, and other reporting systems that support M&E activities for government institutions, NGOs and individuals, is looking for talented and qualified candidates, with Problem-solving abilities and business mind-set, whose job responsibility will generically be to create and modify computer programs by converting project requirements into code. .

Requirements for Programmer Skills and Qualifications:
Should you have a degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related Sciences, with more than five years of experience and in possession of the following skills-sets?
• Problem Solving, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing.
• Must demonstrate experience with front-end development and have a good understanding of modern programming languages like Java, angular, HTML5 and C#, as well as the likes Python, PHP; and Should have Familiarity with the use of API, mobile platform API such as Apple iOS, and Android and Windows Mobile
• Should have experience with Backend computing like database management such as the use of queries, security and hardware interaction, and Mobile user interface design, SMS settings and USSD Technology Having some skills or experience in Agile Methodologies
HISP Ltd is also currently offering opportunities for professional internships to younger men and women with a passion to peruse software development in their careers. Candidates for internship are expected to demonstrate a passion for the following;
• Software development,
• App development (both web and mobile) and;
• A good understanding of modern programming languages like angular, Python, and C#, as well as Java.
