Subject: Request for quotation for supplying school uniform to FXB Rwanda

FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for supplying school uniform to primary and secondary school children supported by FXB Rwanda under FXBVillage The Light Foundation project operating in Gisagara and Nyaruguru Districts.

The following tables summarize the total number of students by school and sex:

2. Children in Secondary schools

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations detailing prices that include and without VAT for the following items:

2. Copy of the incorporation certificate;
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
4. Valid clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Tuesday, September 24^th 2024 at 4:00 PM

Note.

• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• The requested uniform will be delivered to schools from Gisagara and Nyaruguru Districts stated in the above tables and the winner will be requested to visit schools to take measurement of children and discuss with head teachers about colors.
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
