A complete set of bidding documents is in English may be obtained by interested bidders at CPF Headquarter, from Wednesday 25th October, upon payment of no refundable fees of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000FRW) to be deposed on the account number 00056-00291268-62 of CPF INEZA opened in Bank of Kigali (BK), or deposed at any CPF INEZA teller.

A site visit (not compulsory) but the interested bidder can visit the site him/herself at Nyabugogo at IHURIRO HOUSE LTD known as KAIZEN Hotel, and at CPF INEZA Mugina branch.

Bid prepared in English or French must be submitted in 3 documents, original and 2 copies at Reception of CPF INEZA Headquarter at not later than 11th/11/2023 at 10h00 local time. Late bids will be rejected and return unopened and the opening will be the same day at 10h30 a.m local time.
