INVITATION FOR BID: 104/RRP+/2025

TITLE: SUPPLYING OF INFORMATION,EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION MATERIALS

CLIENT: RWANDA NETWORK OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV (RRP+)

The Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV, RRP+ hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for the tender of Supplying of Information, Education and Communication materials.

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 01/09/2025 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited on the Account No 00040-06956758-54/BK of RRP ACTIVITIES. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: '' Supplying of Information, Education and Communication materials to RRP+''.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarter located at Rukiri II cell, Remera Sector, KG 599 St, N 33, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number

4. Well printed bids and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 30/09/2025 at 10:00’ am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
5. Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 30/09/2025 at 10:30’ am
6. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda. 

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.c
