Rwanda Organization for Development Initiatives (RODI) is Non-profit Making Organization recognized registered by the Government of Rwanda through Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) under Reg. No 044/2014. RODI awarded to implement MFASHA KWIFASHA project funded by UNDP/RGB in Nyanza District for the period of one year. RODI invites all eligible bidders to submit their bids for the supply and construction of Green house for a tender No 07/RODI/2022-002/RGB/2022:
1. RODI hereby invites national tenders for Supplying Kits and Construction of Greenhouse located at Mukingo sector, NYANZA District.
2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms specialized in the field of greenhouse construction with reputable experience.
3. The tender is one Lot: Supplying Kits and Construction of Greenhouse located at Nyanza District, Mukingo sector in Cyerezo Cell

4. Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of RODI Head office located at Kigali-Kicukiro, Diamond House 2nd Floor, Road : KK15 St from 6th July 2022 to 27th July 2022 at 2:00pm , upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf), deposited to RODI’s Account No : 00042-00451788-47 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in Name of Rwanda Organization for Development Initiatives (RODI).
5. Site visit shall be conducted by the representative of RODI and the representative of the bidders; place and time for departure are fixed on the date of 12th July 2022 and the meeting time is 09:00am local time at RODI Office located in NYANZA District. Note that the bidder should visit the site to be able to compete for the tender. The bidders will arrange for their own transport to the site to be visited.

6. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelope with subject “Supplying Greenhouse Kits & Construction, and train Youth in period of 3 months on greenhouse farming ” Tender document number 07/RODI/2022-002/RGB/2022 at RODI Rwanda Head Office Kigali-Kicukiro, Diamond House 2nd Floor, Road: KK15 St not later than 05th August 2022 at 2:00pm local time, accompanied with a bid security of three hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (300,000 Rwf), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be rejected.
7. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 27th July 2022 at 2:00 Pm Prompt local time at RODI Head office (Kigali-Kicukiro , Diamond House 2nd Floor , Road : KK15 St ). “RODI reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision”.
