TUBIBE AMAHORO Association, is a not for profit organization, community-based currently operating in Karongi and Ngororero districts of western province, and Burera district in Northern Province. Its main goal is to achieve a society in which laws and rights are respected by everyone, and its mission is to promote respect of human rights and integral socioeconomic progress of Rwandan population emphasizing civic participation and justice, sustainable community livelihoods, and gender promotion. Hence, TUBIBE AMAHORO in partnership with ActionAid Rwanda support poor and excluded people to eradicate poverty and injustice by the means of community participation, empowerment, and community capacity building. .

Tubibe Amahoro Organization would like to invite qualified Companies to submit their Tender Proposals for supplying, installation & commissioning of a solar power system (photovoltaic system) for a cold room in Gitesi selling point in Karongi district. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all Companies fulfilling requirements.

The Document of Request for proposal is available at TUBIBE AMAHORO’s Head Office in Karongi, Bwishyura sector, P.O. Box 110 Kibuye, Tel: 0789978658/0788590082 ; Email: sowpeace@gmail.com , from 31st August 2020 to September 10th, 2020. This set of tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of 10,000Rwfs payable to account number 00087-000699128-32 named TA-FLOWII Project opened in Bank of Kigali.

Well- printed, properly bound and sealed proposals shall be submitted in two copies, one of which should be marked “Original”. Proposals must be addressed to the Executive Secretary of TUBIBE AMAHORO to the above-mentioned address not later than September 10th, 2020 at 10:00 am.

The opening of the bids will take place on the same day (September 10th, 2020) at 11:00 am in the meeting room of TUBIBE AMAHORO (T.A) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the public bids opening session. The mandatory site visit of the selling point is planned on 04th September 2020 at 11:00 a.m and it is recommended.

Note that the provisional notification to the successful bidder shall be awarded upon visiting the company’s previous similar works as it constitutes the selection criteria before issuance of final notification to the contract.
