JOB DETAILS:
The Kabgayi District Hospital invites qualified companies to submit bids for the tender to buy electricity for Kabgayi District Hospital. .

The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda ( www.umucyo.gov.rw ) free of charge. The bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of 10 000) Rwandan francs to the accounts of the Rwanda Revenue Authority.

All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 29/09/2020 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:30 am, local time.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

All bids shall be accompanied by bid security from a Bank or any recognized financial institution AS PER E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement.
