Subject: Contract for the purchase of sports equipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

Play International (PLAY) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1999. We design and implement education and inclusion projects for children and young people in vulnerable situations.

As part of our Toutes en sport project currently being implemented in Rwanda, Play International is inviting bids for the supply of sports equipment. This equipment will be distributed to sports clubs in the districts of Gasabo, Rwamagana and Kirehe.
