TITLE: SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR NASHO SOLAR POWER PLANT

TENDER REFERENCE: 11.07.022/001/G/NCB/24-25/EUCL-GEN-PROC/CG/11

The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called "Client") funded by EUCL Budget towards the cost of Supply of Spare parts for Nasho Solar Power Plant. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender of supply of Spare parts for Nasho Solar Power Plant as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting on 03/10/2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.

3. A compulsory site visit is scheduled to take place on 16th and 17th /10/2024 from 11:30 a.m to 14:30 p.m local time at Nasho Solar Power Plant. Companies that will visit, will receive the site visit certificates.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,600,000Frw issued by a Bank or any other reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 25th/10/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 25th/10/2024 at 10:30 a.m local time.

8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
