Subject: Tender notice for the supply of Smart Phones to FXB Rwanda

Tender reference:  003/G/FXB/2025

FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to purchase Smart Phones for its different programs as detailed below: 

Therefore, FXB Rwanda would like to invite all interested qualified and registered companies/suppliers to provide their bid document for supplying the materials listed above. Interested companies shall provide, by quoting the Tender Reference, the following information/documents in their respective bids:

• Well printed quotations clearly indicating the costs with and without VAT
• Copy of registration certificate issued by Rwanda Development Board (RDB)
• Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village not later than Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.   

Note.

• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• The winner will be requested to provide the samples for approval
• The requested materials will be delivered at FXB Coordination Office located at Ruyenzi
• Please make sure you include your email addressand that it is written correctly as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no or incorrect email addresses will not receive any feedback.
• The bidder agrees that the listed prices in the quotations are valid within upcoming 180 days
