Direct aid Rwanda office, Want to purchase school uniforms for Students at SINAI Hill Academy Gasabo district Ndera sector Mulindi. And hereby invites potential and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids in accordance to; Instruction to Bidders and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

Description: The uniform to be supplied is for boys and girls studying in Nursery, primary and secondary and should be brought with the sealed bid as a sample.

Number of Uniforms: Appriximately 850 uniforms that may change depending on the price.

Eligible documents: - Valid business license (G.C 2025), VAT and tax clearance certificate (for most recent tax period).

Bid submission deadline: 20^th/02/2025 at 12:00pm

Sealed bids must be submitted in the locked box arranged for this purpose at the Direct Aid Head office in Kiyovu KN16/13, No bids will be accepted after the deadline specified above.

Bids will be opened on 20^th February 2025 at 2:30pm. Interested bidders or their representatives will attend.
