TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF PEDIATRIC UNIT EQUIPMENT TO KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 25/G/NCB/2024-2025 /KFH

The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the Supply pediatric unit equipment to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the Supply pediatric unit equipment to King Faisal Hospital Rwandaas indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwfto the account N^o6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of  2% of total bid amount  duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later March18 ^th , 2025.  2:00 pm; Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later March18^th, 2025, 2:30 pm local time .

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
