TENDER NOTICE N° 009/11/GD/2024/AAR

TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF IRRIGATION MATERIALS IN NYANZA DISTRICT

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for “The supply of irrigation materials in Busasamana, Rwabicuma and Mukingo Sectors, in Nyanza District.” Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org, One(1) day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 100000509258 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from Wednesday,06/11/2024 after submitting the bank slip on email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org not later than one day after submission of the bank slip.

Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Monday, 18/11/2024 not later than 10:30 AM.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 10:45 AM at the Actionaid conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.
