TENDER NOTICE -EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION TIME

TITLE OF THE TENDER: SUPPLY OF INSULATORS AND LINE HARDWARE UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

SOURCE OF FUNDS: Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL).

1. Reference is made to the abovementioned tender that was published in the new Times of 21^st October 2024 and the REG website; We wish to inform the general public and all potential bidders that the date for submission of bids has been extended from 8^th November 2024 to 20^th November 2024 as a result of the requests for extension by bidders.
2. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 21^st/10/2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1^st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.
3. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,983,076Frw issued by a Bank or any other reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 20^th/11/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 20^th/11/2024 at 10:30 a.m local time.

7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
