JOB DETAILS:
The Special Guarantee Fund (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by SGF budget of the 2020-2021 towards the cost of Supply of File for documents for SGF. .

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The Special Guarantee Fund invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Supply of File for Documents for SGF as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in both French and English may be obtained from e-procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000Rwf) Rwandan francs to the accounts of Rwanda Revenue opened at any commercial bank.

All bids “shall” be accompanied by Declaration of Commitment. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to E- Procurement system (Umucyo) All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 19/10/2020 at 10:00 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 10:30, local time.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than fourteen days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
