“Réseau Interdiocésain de Microfinance» RIM Ltd in acronym is a microfinance institution created by the Catholic Church of Rwanda on May 6^th, 2004. It was created in the legal form of “public limited company” which was changed to “private company in liability limited by shares «dated May 12^th, 2011 in accordance with the new law No. 007/2021 of 05/02/2021governing companies. The “Réseau Interdiocésain de Microfinance” obtained the approval of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) on October 4^th, 2004 to exercise microfinance activities throughout the Rwandan territory.

The headquarters of RIM Ltd is located in the Centenary House building in the City of Kigali, Nyarugenge District.       RIM Ltd covers all 9 Catholic dioceses and 78 Catholic parishes in Rwanda and is available in the 4 provinces and the City of Kigali as well as in the 30 districts within the country. The RIM Ltd mission is to: Contribute to the poverty reduction through savings and loans activities, Contribute to the development of the country’s economic growth by strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit among the poor people thus to promote a human dignity.

RIM Ltd invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for supplying Cameras and Installation. Tender documents written in English will be available at the headquarters of RIM Ltd during working days, from 1^st September 2023 at 8:00’AM after payment  of   a  non-refundable  fee  of  Five  thousand  Rwandan  francs  ( RWF 5,000 )  on the following account n^o : 00001-1301050090-56 / RWF  opened in COGEBANQUE in the name of RIM Ltd .

Bids must bear the following mention:

The bids submission deadline: 21^st September, 2023 at 5: 00 PM local hour.
