TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF WAREHOUSE STORAGE SOLUTION, MATERIAL HANDLING, FINISHED GOODS STORAGE AT KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 14/G/NCB/2024-2025/KFHR

The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” is in process of rehabilitating and upgrading its infrastructure and equipment.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the Supply and installation of Warehouse storage solution, material handling, finished goods storage, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account N^o 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 2% of your bid amount in Rwandan Francs, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

A compulsory site visit at Masoro PEZ is scheduled on 27^th December, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 am and departure is at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Procurement Office.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm 8^th January, 2025. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on 8^thJanuary, 2025.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
