RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply and installation of flight tracking screen for Rwandair indicated in detail in the statement of terms of references.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement office via an email: procurement@rwandair.com upon request. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email: procurement@rwandair.com

Well-prepared bids, properly scanned in PDF format must be sent to RwandAir Procurement office via email: procurement@rwandair.com, not later than June 22^nd 2024 at 11:00 am Kigali time. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened/not be considered.

Submission shall be done by email: procurement@rwandair.com. Bids will not be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives because submission will be done by email

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
