RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has got funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply and installation of Air conditioners for RwandAir as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

A complete set of bidding document in English shall be given out on email upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000RWF). The sum is to be deposited at I&M on the Account N°10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) open in the name of RwandAir interested bidders will use this email procurement@rwandair.com for any enquiry.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Procurement office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, Not later than August 7^th 2024 at 11:00 am Kigali time. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir head office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, on August 7^th 2024 at 11:30am local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
