Direct Aid is a charity International non-governmental organization concerned with developing education, health, poverty reduction, and relief programs in Africa. Founded in Kuwait in 1981 and operating in thirty African countries, is operating in the Republic of Rwanda since 1990.

DirectAid Rwanda Office invites interested and qualified bidders to submit bids for supplying furniture, including office and classroom furniture for Al Huda- Sinai Hill Academy, a DirectAid school located at Mulindi, Gasabo.

Interested bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. The supplier must provide a business license, recent tax clearance certificate,
2. Experience in supplying furniture items, particularly for educational institutions.
3. Ability to deliver quality furniture items within the specified timeframe.

Bidders are required to submit their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Bid for Supplying of Furniture for Al Huda- Sinai Hill Academy" to the following address:

Deadline for Bid Submission: 17^th, May, 2024 at 3:30 pm

Bid opening will take place on 20^th, May, 2024 at 10:30 am at the mentioned above address.
