African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is implementing PHARUS PROJECT (Natwe Project) in partnership with HELP a CHILD and is looking for potential and qualified service provider fully equip these ECD centers with the required furniture, AEE Rwanda requests interested and qualified companies to compete for supplying the required details, of which the scope the work to be carried out (chairs, tables, cupboard or shelf, Coat hanger, kids shelf and Step & wash “kandagirukarabe” for the 12 ECD centers (6 new ECDs constructed in Nkombo sector (ADEPR ISHYWA, GS ISHYWA, GS NKOMBO, ADEPR MPARWE, GS BUGUMIRA, and EP BUGUMIRA FOUNDATION) and 6 ECDs renovated in Butare sector(GS NYAMIHANDA, GS GASUMO, GS RUGERA, GS GISOVU, EMLR Kabuga and EP NYAKIBANDA)

The descriptions/specifications including type of wood, measurements and colors will be found in an Annex of the tender document. The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 Rwfs on bank account number 100000653181 Rwf / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. Upon completing the payment, please send the proof of payment to the email address: aeeprocurement@aeerwanda.ngo. subsequently, AEE will provide you with the tender document via e-mail. There is no need for you to visit the AEE Rwanda office in person.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in one hard copy and on soft copy should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office), and to the e-mail provided above not later than 28^th August 2024 at 3:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected.

Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 3:15 pm.

Bids must include: Cover letter, financial proposal and certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, proof of payment of 10,000 Frws and performance letters/ Letters of successful completion of similar works from three references of RUSIZI District.

• Being situated in the RUSIZI District is an added benefit.
