1. The Military Medical Insurance-MMI (hereinafter called "Client funded by MMI Budget intends
to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The Military Medical Insurance-MMI invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY AND Installation Of Air Conditioner
2. Tender Document may be obtained from MMI building located in MOD compound, Kimihurura,
Kigali City; Tel: 0788357247; Office no 08, E-mail: procurement@mmi.gov.rw upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Six Thousand Rwanda Francs (6,000 FRW) to MMI Account N' 1000009292 opened at National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).
3. Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from 07:00AM to 16:00PM at MMI
procurement office from September 29th 2022

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 280,000 FRW

reach the office of procurement officer at the address mentioned above not later than October 31" 2022, 10:00 hrs am, late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on
October 31" 2022, 11:00hrs am exact time, at MMI head office. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law No 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing the Public Procurement.
