SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR THE 2025-2026 PERIOD

World Resources Institute (WRI) is a global research organization that works with governments, businesses, multilateral institutions and civil society groups to develop practical solutions that improve people’s lives and ensure nature can thrive. World Resources Institute (WRI) expanded its operations in Rwanda and therefore is seeking the services of interested and eligible suppliers to submit their applications for the prequalification for various goods, services and works for the 2025-2026 Financial Year

To manage this process, the organization has appointed SRM eProcurement as the consultants for this prequalification exercise. The pre-qualification process will therefore be conducted electronically on SRM eProcurement Portal i.e. www.srmhub.com. The categories for the supply of various goods and services are listed on https://shorturl.at/2ilZC

Access to submit the application shall be automatically granted upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of FRW 25,000 per Tender category. All payments shall be made online on the application portal using the following methods; MTN, Airtel Money, Visa & Mastercard.

Existing Suppliers are required to participate to be considered.

World Resources Institute (WRI) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part without giving reasons.
