Software Engineer
What we're looking for

Someone who:
• learns from their peers and helps their peers learn

A great software engineer
Someone who:
• is a strong advocate for Agile methodologies and can apply these in a fully-remote environment
• is confident in delivering robust, maintainable and easily understandable TypeScript (any other languages are a bonus!) on both the web (React) and server (Express)
• takes ownership of their code from before the first line is written through to production and beyond
• constantly strives to know whether they are building the right thing and building it in the right way, utilising practices such as BDD and TDD
