The Rwanda Social Security Board is seeking a Senior Officer for Service Quality Assurance to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring service quality and excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor service quality standards
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 3 years of experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 5 years of experience

Experience needed:

At least 3 years of relevant experience for Master’s Degree holders, or 5 years for Bachelor’s Degree holders
