Senior Agronomist
Head Office Appointment.

ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Ltd is an established agribusiness enterprise operating throughout Rwanda in rice production in joint venture with rice cooperatives, milling at three locations Gikonko, Bugarama and Rwamagana and retailing through Lucki Rice.
ICM is seeking to appoint a senior and experienced agronomist to assist the company’s activities in the rice value chain, from the soils through to the supermarkets, quality of products being the imperative.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or related field and have had at least 6 years’ relevant experience.
Strong decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving attributes will be highly regarded, along with the knowledge of industry trends and relevant developments in the latest agronomic technology, particularly in seeds and fertilizers. .
